I am enjoying operating my pet sitting business for Shreveport and Bossier City, Louisiana, Lil’ Rascals Pet Care. Since 2005 I have LOVED helping all of my customers feel more comfortable when they are away from home as they know their precious pets will be well cared for. I am very dedicated and reliable. Lil Rascal's owner, Jeannie, is more than wonderful. Before using her services, she came to visit my home and met my dogs---who loved her immediately (first good sign). She provided me with a long list of references, four of whom gave her a glowing recommendation. She is very thorough, very careful to tend to every detail of their health history,current care from daily schedule, feedings, medications, favorite toys, and so much more. Before finding out about her services, I'd dread leaving home because of knowing my little "Buds" would be so unhappy until I returned to collect the from the boarding kennel. Now my two little rescues, Noah, an ll yr old Mutt and Libby, a 7 yr old tiny Maltese (from Katrina) are so very happy now that they can stay home when I'm away Now I leave without a heavy heart. Jeannie seems to enjoy spoiling them as much as I do. Libby loves her blanket warmed in the dryer for bedtime so Jennie warms her blanket just like Mama----that's the level of care you can expect fromJeannie and Lil Rascal's Pet Care. Lil’ Rascals Pet Care is great! Jeannie has a genuine love for animals. Our 3 dogs and 2 cats quickly warmed up to her. She spent quality time with our pets; walking, feeding, and playing with them. We have peace of mind when we leave our pets with Lil’ Rascals Pet Care knowing they will be well cared for.

My husband and I were in for 3 months last autumn for work. Well, 3 months was way too long for us to be away from our beloved chocolate lab "Django." Django doesn't fly in airplanes but is a wonderful road companion so we packed him up in our car and drove the entire 1700 miles from to . Our work involved 12-hour days and we were greatly concerned how Django would handle the many hours alone. Our worries were put to rest after meeting Jeannie Perrin, the proprietor of Lil Rascals Pet Care. I could see that Jeannie is a true lover of animals and she immediately bonded with Django. We set up a schedule that included two daily visits to feed, exercise and play with our pet. When we'd return from work every night we got to read a detailed report card of Django's day.....a doggie diary of sorts and very thorough. Jeannie and her staff came when they said they would and often extended their visit if time allowed. When it came time for us to pack up and return to we all had to say a reluctant 'good-bye' to a newly-found friend who clearly loves what she does. Our Django is one lucky dog!! I have used Jeannie several times and my dog and I both love her. She made me feel comfortable from the very first day when she came over to meet us. She returns calls promptly, follows all my instructions for my baby, and I completely trust her in my home. I have recommended her to my parents who have an old, almost blind and deaf dog, and they were very happy with her also. She is warm and friendly, and you can tell she really loves dogs. A+ business.

I love Lil Rascals Pet Care and their staff! They are more than accomodating to help in any way they the can while you are out of town. Each time they have stayed with our dog, they have fed & played with him, watered our plants and even turned lights on and off to look as though someone was home. Our dog just loves them! The last time we kenneled him at the vet, he licked his paws raw because of the stress of the experience. When we came home from being gone 10 days on vacation with Jeanie and her staff watching him, he was just as happy as he could be. I'm very thankful to know that they are here when we need them!

I am having a blast operating my pet sitting business for Shreveport and Bossier City, Louisiana, Lil’ Rascals Pet Care. I enjoy helping all of my customers feel more comfortable when they are away from home as they know their precious pets will be well cared for. I am very dedicated and reliable. I intend to be in this business for a very long time as it is my PASSION. I am very thankful for the opportunity to own a thriving pet sitting business which is providing in home pet care! I am pleased to announce that I have added house sitting as a service to customers with or without pets in the Shreveport and Bossier City area.
This is my 2nd business that I have owned. Previously, back in 2000 I started the popular publication, The Kid's Directory of Shreveport and Bossier, which is a guide for parents (it is now called Family and Kids).
Although I loved helping my customers, they had become my friends...publishing really wasn't for me. That printing bill kept me awake many a night. I sold the magazine in 2004 and went to work for the telephone company as a sales rep. I soon found that I really did love working for myself, I just needed to find the right business. After months of researching business ideas I decided to become a pet sitter in 2005 and am loving every minute of it!
I have a lifelong love for animals...as a child I was always feeding the stray cats and dogs. I currently, along with my husband, have 2 adopted dogs from the caddo animal shelter, as well as a cat and 2 fish. I believe that having pets enrich our lives so much. I am blessed!
